Our team transformed a covered patio into a unique wine cellar to accommodate a growing collection. Key tasks included removing existing structures, pouring new footings and slab, and waterproofing the masonry walls. New framing, insulation, and drywall were installed, along with a Wine Guardian D050 system for climate control. The cellar was finished with trim, paint, exterior siding, and stone veneer to blend seamlessly with the existing home. Additional work included installing a “hidden” wood floor entry door in the primary bedroom floor with access ladder, and completing the setup with LED lights, blending functionality with sophistication.
