Apex Transformation

One of the main goals for this project was to convert a screen porch and uncovered deck into a finished sunroom. An electric fireplace was integrated with a wooden mantel, and a mini split was installed in order to make this a year-round room. The existing downstairs laundry room was transformed into a larger pantry space that flows from the kitchen with closely matched cabinet and countertop finishes. By taking space from an upstairs bonus room, a new laundry room was created with optimal storage and hanging space. As a special touch, a cat door was installed under the bench so the client’s furry friend could roam around freely in the new space.
