This golf course home underwent a stunning modern transformation for its new homeowners. The updates begin with a striking contemporary linear fireplace set against a full wall of leathered marble, replacing the previous stacked stone façade. The kitchen was reimagined with classic white perimeter cabinets and a bold navy island, while a new pass-through window to the outdoor kitchen enhances flow and functionality. A custom-built high-top table and storage were designed around an existing structural column. Handmade tiles and custom African Iroko wood shelves add unique touches. The heavy wood and iron stair railing was replaced with a sleek, frameless glass system, including a custom radius glass piece to follow the curve of the second-floor loft, completing the modern and elegant redesign.
