Our homeowners loved their charming downtown home, with its clean lines and cool tones, but desired a warm and inviting space for relaxing and entertaining. We were able to convert their unfinished walk-up attic into a modern, urban retreat that truly feels like a get-away. A full bath and cozy, tucked-away bar complement the space, adding style and convenience.
Thin brick walls, warm wood, shiplap, painted exposed ductwork, engineered wood flooring, leathered granite, glossy tile, rich lighting, and black and brass accents all combine to portray a feeling of comfort and the passage of time. The bathroom was styled with an artisan sliding door and bright white subway tile for a clean, modern feel. Once you enter this new space, you don’t want to leave!
