The transformation of this attic added over 700 square feet of heated space to the home. The renovation included a recreational room and an additional bedroom. A raised platform hosts a kitchenette to serve the new space. The previously unfinished space was transformed with new drywall, trim, light fixtures and fans, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. A barn door, faux beams, carpet and LVP flooring, cabinets, countertops, glass shelves, a cable rail system, and the installation of appliances for the platform area give this space an upscale loft feel. A new window was installed in the bedroom.
