Part of a whole house remodel, this kitchen was completely reimagined from a dated, heavy space into a bright, contemporary masterpiece. The most significant structural shift involved removing the original angled back wall and corner to square off the layout and maximize cabinet storage, creating a more expansive feel. By shifting the opening to the family room, a seamless flow between the two areas was established. The aesthetics underwent a total transformation swapping dark cabinetry and beige floor tiles with sophisticated Limestone color perimeter cabinets, White Oak island cabinets, and engineered hardwood flooring. Every detail was modernized, from the sleek white backsplash and quartzite countertops to the brass lacquered pendant lights and plumbing fixtures. Even the secondary space received a major upgrade, with the dark built-in desk area being replaced by a functional coffee bar featuring a beverage fridge and undercabinet lighting that perfectly echoes the home’s new elevated design language.
