The Showroom is Ready!

On Wed 6/6 we hosted our first event in our newly remodeled showroom, called Distinctive Kitchen & Appliance World.  51 members of the Remodelers Council came to see the new digs.  The general consensus was, “Wow!” That is what we were going for, and we hope to get more of those as we host other events.  Dacor Appliances got the biggest cheer of the night since they sponsored the beef tenderloin, prosciutto wrapped scallops, beer, wine and other goodies.  Representatives from Dacor, Elmwood Kitchens, Cosentino, Café Countertops, & Danver joined us to show off their products highlighted in our new showroom.    We will be scheduling many more events to feature all of the great products and services we have to offer.

We will also have seminars for homeowners to come learn about some of the new technology that is featured in some of the appliances, as well as other cooking events.  Leslie Cohen, our resident design guru, will be doing seminars on design-related items such as “Selecting the Right Countertop” and many other design related topics.  I will also be doing some live cooking events such as Sous Vide cooking.   And for all the wine drinkers out there, we will do Wine Cellar Seminars and wine dinners.  Look for event notifications on our Facebook page, and like us while you are there!
