On March 26, we visited the home of Deanna & Brandon Rich to cook a dinner for them and their guests. While they mostly eat a vegetarian diet, Deanna does eat shrimp, and Brandon, not a seafood fan, eats some chicken. So, we came up with a menu that could please everyone. We started with a Hot Brie Bites, which disappeared quickly. Then we had a Spinach Apple Salad with Maple Vinaigrette before the entrée of Zoodles (spiralized zucchini noodles) with mushrooms & asparagus. Then we had both sautéed shrimp and sautéed chicken to put their favorite toppings on the Zoodles. We finished the meal with warm Apple Pie ala mode. A special thanks goes out to award winning designer Leslie Cohen, CKD, CID, AID, ASID for helping serve dinner to the Rich’s and their guests. She also did a great job designing the whole house remodel. Mike Plower was the project manager. The Rich’s say “The results are breathtaking! We love our house!”
