Hestan Grill Training

I (Eddie) am excited to be going to Napa, Califiornia for training on the Hestan line of outdoor appliances.  It will be a 3 day trip that will include a tour of the Meyer Corporation Headquarters (Hestan’s parent company), a Tour of the Culinary Institute of America at Copia, a tour and overview of Hestan Vineyards, and a tour and dinner at “The Barn” which features the Hestan Smart Cooking Kitchen, Hestan Commercial Kitchen, and New Hestan Outdoor Kitchen.  This training will allow me to learn some of the best techniques and products for outdoor cooking to better serve our customers that are better known as “grill masters”.
