An April Fool’s Day Dinner!
The Kitchen Casanova served its first dinner of Spring 2016 at the home of Jim & Betsy Lovejoy on April 1st. The weather was perfect for enjoying some wine and appetizers on the deck before coming in for dinner. Jim & Betsy Lovejoy are repeat customers that had us come back and do their kitchen renovation and some bathroom updates for them earlier this year. Tom and Ann Schick came to dinner as their guests and are past customers as well. We did a kitchen renovation for them well over 10 years ago. We fixed two appetizers – Hot Brie Bites and Herb Stuffed Mushrooms. We started the dinner with Spinach Apple Salad with Maple Vinaigrette, then on to Vegetable Lasagna for the entrée with Rosemary Olive Oil bread. Dessert was a cool and refreshing Pineapple Sherbet with fresh berries. All of you past kitchen customers reading this can feel free to contact me to schedule your Kitchen Casanova dinner.
