Accessibility, Elevator Style!

We get lots of questions about the best way to make homes more conducive to “Aging-In- Place”, and having an elevator makes a huge difference for many homes that have multiple levels. We have worked with Residential Elevators for years now and have installed a number of their elevators for our customers. In some cases, it makes more sense to add an elevator than to add a first floor master suite. Check out this photo of one we finished not long ago. This was a 3 stop elevator with doors on opposite sides, so there could be an exit to the living room side, and directly to the master suite.
